Job description

* Support the further development of manufacturing process flow, from enquiry to job completion.
* Support Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement.

* Product & Process Costing

* Feasibility Check & freezing of confirmed parameters

* Engineering change management

* Work closely with team members on the production floor when required.

* Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.

* Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organization.

* APQP - PPAP - FMEA Development & Management

 

Job Specification:

* B.E. - Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace engineer / Production Engineer,

* 0-1 years in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical Industry,

* Quick Learner & Creative thinking

* Must handle multiple job responsibilities & work pressure

* Prioritization of Task

* Well organized with high attention to detail

* Self-motivated and good problem solver

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.

* Able to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners

* Personally, motivated with a task-oriented approach, ability to achieve objectives with right balance of self-initiative and delegation.

* Cost reduction, scrap reduction, forecast

* Knowledge of Measuring instruments, Unit conversion & Part measurement

* Should Read & Understand Engineering Drawings

* Knowledge of ISO standard & Documentation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
