• Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility to ensure that all equipment, machinery, and processes comply with safety standards.
• Monitor workplace conditions and address any safety hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
• Ensure that safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE), is readily available and in good condition.
• Perform risk assessments for various processes, operations, and machinery to identify potential hazards.
• Evaluate current safety measures and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
• Develop and update safety protocols and procedures based on assessment findings.
• Conduct safety training sessions and drills for employees, ensuring they understand safety regulations, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure that new hires are trained in safety practices before starting work on the floor.
• Regularly review and update safety manuals and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.
• Prepare and submit reports to management regarding safety audits, compliance issues, and accident investigations.
• Liaise with external authorities, such as safety inspectors or regulatory agencies, to ensure the facility meets all safety requirements.

Job Specification:-

• Education: A Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in safety management within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Age Limit till 35years
• Residing near by Thane
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of word , excel , power point, internet is must
