Job Summary
We are a leading springs manufacturing company in India, located at Thane (Wagle Esate) since last 54 years.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Standardize the new dies as per our existing pillar sets & drawing format.
2) Cost & Life analysis of new die make spares at the time of new die making with respect to requirement of product.
3) Reduce lead time of type of die making to produce material , by developing new dies Minimize the wastage in strip generated during operation/Reduce no. of process required to produce material by developing new die.
4) On time delivery (for repair and new tool)
5) Provide sufficient tools & resources to the manpower.
6) Work allocations
7) Work distribution
8) Arrange shifts as per work load(on VMC and wire cutting machine and other machine)
9) Resolve their queries
10) In case of urgency, Arrange manpower for/from another plants
11) Shuffling of work
12) Training for back up creation

13) new tool and part design

14) process planning for new tool (die)

Job Specification :

Diploma/BE. Mech /Tool & Design

Minimum 1-2Years Experience

Knowledge of Autocad , Solidworks,excel,MS office

Residing nearby kalyan, dombivli, Bhiwandi area

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
