1. To Look After Plant Quality Including Incoming, In process & Final Inspection.

2. To resolve the queries of Production in terms of Quality Requirements.

3. To resolve Queries of QC Engineers & Supporting QC Staff regarding Quality Requirements.

4. Look After Calibration of Instruments within Plant.

5. Ensure Cleanliness of Instruments & Testing Machines, Preparation of Control Plans based on Sample Production & freezing the same in System.

6. Look after IMS related Work within Plant (to be work as IMS Coordinator WRT any changes in IMS System/Procedures).

7. Attending Customer Inspection at our site and to attend Vendor for Vendor Inspection in case of any Outsourced Process.

8. Adherance to the Plant Objective defined by Management.

9. Active & Through participation in Key Activities line Incoming, In process & Final Inspection & Corresponding KRA s.

10. Quality Document Preparation like PPAP, QAP, PFD etc.

11. Attend customer during their Visits at Plant, Attend Customer & Vendor Audits.12. Attend Customer Complaints.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. B.E Mechanical

2. Minimum 3 + years experience

3. Stay location should be nearby Thane.

4. Good verbal & written communication

5. Very Good Skills in auto cad along with basic knowledge of Computer (MS Office).
