IIS Manufactures & Supplies Disc Spring for Preloaded Ball Bearing Slotted

IIS manufactures Disc Springs with slots used for Preloading Ball Bearing. IIS Disc springs with slots offer high deflection with low spring force characteristics required for use with small size ball bearings. The slots are around the inside diameter and help to provide axial preload, backslash compensation, absorb excessive running sound & reduce degree of stress on the bearings. Disc Spring with slots have a strong digressive characteristic which helps in constant spring force over a large deflection range. Any axial movement in the assembly also will not adversely affect the preload. We are able to achieve flatness through our special heat treatment process and full contact area helps in uniform preload.

Advantages of Ball Bearing Disc Springs Preloading Washers :
1. Significant increase or decrease in applied force even with small variation in deflection.
2. Backlash compensation & regressive curves help reduce preload variations changes
3. Very low force characteristics with very large deflection range
4. Multiplication of force by stacking of two or more in parallel.
5. Available in all size to accommodate all Ball bearing sizes.
6. Elimination of noise and play in Ball Bearings.
7. Round shape ensures equal distribution of load around the bearing ring.

IIS has ready stock of all standard sizes of Disc Springs with slots for Preloading Ball Bearings with cross reference to Bearing numbers in High Carbon Spring Steel material & phosphate finish. Other materials are also available on View Details
Variety of coatings are available. For a detail list of coatings refer link
